As we step into 2025, we are thrilled to continue offering transformative opportunities through our Career Readiness Academy. This program equips teens impacted by foster care or adoption with the skills, resources, and connections they need to plan for a bright future. From building resumes and practicing interviews to gaining real-world experience through job shadowing, the Career Readiness Academy empowers students to achieve their dreams.

• $25 provides course materials for one student.

• $55 provides one student with access to an online life skills training for one year.

• $100 provides lunch for one student for a week.

• $150 funds a job shadowing stipend for one student.

• $300 supplies a laptop computer for a student to succeed academically and professionally.

• $1,655 covers the full cost of a Career Readiness Academy session for one student.
